Sakya Muni Buddha Gaya Temple

The main /high light of this extraordinary temple is a 15 meter high Buddhist statue that is surrounded by a chain of lights. A fresco id present at the pedestal of the statue. It explains the important incident the occurred during Buddha’s life. A reclining Buddha image is also present in a chamber at the rear of the statue. Taking photos of the reclining Buddha is strictly prohibited. How to get there? From Dhoby Ghaut MRT Station (NS24), you can take a taxi or from Orchard road take a SMS bus 64, 65, 106 or 111.
