MacRitchie, Peirce and Seletar Reservoirs, Singapore

The Mac Ritchie, Peirce and Seletar Reservoirs are bounded by jungles, swamps and greenery. The reservoir runs along the Singapore’s northern and central parts. It is a well known place for picnics and family outings. The resersvsopirs are in difference to the hustle and bustle city life. The reservoir offers a lot of leisure activities like, golf, paddle boating at the Upper Seletar, or fishing at the lower Seletar. The is 12 hectare area park at the Mac Ritchie park there are lots of pleasure activities exercise areas, jogging track, playground , fountain, tea kiosk. The local orchestras or school bands play at Mac Ritch8ie on Sundays.
The reservoirs are opened on all days.
No admission fees.
The Mac Ritchie: is off Lornie Road
The Upper Seletar: is off Mandai Road
The Lower Peirce: is off Upper Thomson Road
The Lower Seletaris off Yishun Avenue 1

How to get there?
For Mac Ritchie you need to take SBS bus 132 or TIBS bus 167 from Orchard Road.
For Lower Peirce, you need to take TIBS bus 167 from Orchard Road.
For Upper Seletar, you need to take the MRT to Ang Mo Kio Station (NS16) then board SBS bus 138.
For Lower Seletar: you need to take the MRT to Yishun Station (NS13) then take SMRT Bus 851, 852, 853, 854.
